The Playground is a virtual fitness app that brings you back to recess! Working out doesn’t have to be a gritty, guilt-driven chore. On The Playground, we keep things fun, exploratory, and empowering. We move to feel good, to build the strength we need to carry our groceries when were 90, and to connect with ourselves on a deeper level.

With functional, educational, and just plain fun classes, The Playground is your ONE STOP SHOP for all things movement!

-Four Signature 6-Week Strength Training Programs with calendars + progress tracker to build and maintain lifelong functional full-body strength.
-The “Beginner’s Corner”, featuring a sequence of four progressive Strength Programs that will take you from complete novice all the way to strength-training champ; a Yoga Starter Pack plus a collection of beginner-friendly yoga classes that break down the unspoken rules of the yoga world and demystify the practice; and a collection of beginner-friendly movement classes that invite you to explore and connect with your body in new and fun ways.

The monthly subscription will charge you $20/month and you can cancel at any time. The annual subscription will charge you $215 once a year, giving you access to recess for just 59¢ a day!

* All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed from your Apple Subscriptions after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.
